Fit Call

A brief, no-cost conversation to determine whether Cheryl L. Andrews & Associates is the right fit for your client or case - before you refer.

This call is for referral partners - HR and ADA coordinators, behavioral health and medical providers, attorneys, case managers, insurers, EAPs, and vocational rehabilitation professionals - as well as individuals considering services for themselves.

In 15 minutes, we will:

  • Clarify which service fits: Clinical Function and Accommodation Consultation (functional clarity, accommodation planning, return-to-work and stay-at-work strategy, documentation review) or Function-Focused Psychotherapy (evidence-informed care centered on restoring daily and workplace function)
  • Discuss timeline, setting (in person in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA, or virtual across NC, SC, GA & VA), and any deadlines attached to the matter
  • Outline next steps if we move forward — or point you toward a better-fitting resource if we don't

Please note: This is a fit-and-scope conversation, not a clinical session, and no clinical advice or determinations are provided. Please do not share detailed clinical records or protected health information during booking - general context is all we need.
